Quality Control Rules
1. Raw material and Spare parts for Supplier
We request strick requirements on the high quality raw material and spare parts from suppliers. All the materials and spare parts much be inspected by QC and QA with report before send out. And must be double inspecited before receiving.
2. Machine assambling
Engineers much pay high attention during assambling. Request to check and confirm the material for production line by third department to ensure quality.
3. Machine Testing
Engineers will do testing for finished products. And warehouse engineer to test again before packaging and delivery.
4. Packaging
All the machines will be packed in wooden case to ensure quality during transation by sea or air.
